i got this phone as a replacement for my 7210. i used the data cable to upload stuff into that phone, but the cable doesn't fit with the 3650. thanks

The data cable of the 7210 cannot be used with 3650. You will have to sync with pc using either infrared or bluetooth. Also the pc suite for the 3650 is different than that for the 7210.

an mmc card reader is a device for your pc, which in many ways is like a floppy drive. You connect it to your computer, insert your mmc (multimedia card) and copy stuff from your computer to your memory card and vice versa.
The great advantage it has over bluetooth and IR is the speed of it. Games and applications are copied almost instantly, whereas full movies are copied in a matter of seconds (a full movie copied via bluetooth takes hours).

err....
besides the fact that I don't think it's mmc card reader, i bought that cable and i nearly wrecked my phone trying to take the damn thing off
