Over the weekend, Paris Hilton's T-Mobile Sidekick account was hacked into, exposing phone numbers and email address from her celebrity packed phonebook, calendar of events, and personal and even nude photos.
T-Mobile issued a statement this afternoon stating, "T-Mobile's computer forensics and security team is actively investigating to determine how Ms. Hilton's information was obtained."

Socialite and reality TV star, Paris Hilton, recently became the target of hackers as personal information and photos were taken from her T-Mobile Sidekick account and posted online.
Taking credit is a hacker group calling itself DFNCTSC. Among candid and nude photos of the heiress, email addresses and phone numbers of some of the hottest young celebrities were retrieved from her phonebook and posted online.

Originating in the Philippines eight months ago, the Cabir virus has spread slowly into 12 countries, including the United States. A strain was detected in a store in Santa Monica, California on Monday.
"It's interesting (the Cabir variant) has now been found in the United States, but it's not the end of the world," said Mikko Hypponen, director of Finnish anti-virus research company F-Secure.

Book publisher, Random House, has announced a partnership with San Diego-based mobile application provider, VOCEL. By purchasing a significant stake, Random House will provide cell phone access to its Living Language foreign-language study programs and Prima Games video game strategy guides.

Samsung has won the GSM Association's award for Best Mobile Handset with its SGH-D500. The award, announced at a ceremony at the 3GSM World Congress last night, recognized excellence in handset design and innovation.
Samsung was shortlisted SGH-D500 for Best Handset and SGH-Z107 for Best 3GSM Handset categories respectively.
The Best Handset award was finally announced at GSM Award dinner, Les Ambassadeurs, Palais des Festivals, Cannes on 15th February, out of 61 nominees among 480 initial entries.
The SGH-D500 delivers the latest multimedia and imaging technology in a compact and elegant soft-touch slide-up style.
