HP and Infinity Broadcasting today announced they will work together to deploy Visual Radio to U.S. listeners. Infinity is the first broadcaster to commit to the delivery of the service in the United States.

Telemarketing to cell phone numbers has always been illegal in most cases and will continue to be so.

According to the latest research from Strategy Analytics, 257 million camera phones were shipped worldwide, representing 38 percent of total handset sales, in 2004. This was up sharply from 84 million, or 16 percent of total, in 2003.
