Verizon Wireless set a new standard for mobile camera phones today with the availability of the Samsung A990, the first 3.2-megapixel digital camera phone available in the U.S.

Samsung announced its launch of the SGH-I320, a new slim QWERTY smartphone measuring just 11.5 mm in depth and 95 g in weight.
