Nokia today unveiled the Nokia N85, integrating a 2.6-inch OLED screen and smooth, sleek finish. It boasts N-Gage gaming, music with in-built FM transmitter, 5.0-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and geotagging capabilities.
The N85 is preinstalled with over 10 made-for-mobile N-Gage gaming titles. Dedicated gaming keys light up when the device is in landscape gaming mode.

Nokia today unveiled the N79, its latest Nseries device that combines customizable design with powerful multimedia features.
The N79 offers integrated navigation, music with FM transmitter, high-speed connectivity, web browsing, over 10 preinstalled N-Gage games and an advanced 5.0-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics.

Nokia today announced its sleek N96 multimedia phone will be available in North America starting the fourth quarter of 2008.
Users can explore, purchase and download movies, television shows and video content on PCs and sideload them to watch. The 16 GB internal memory and expandable memory card slot allows up to 40 hours of video content. A built-in "kick stand" supports it handsfree at an optimal viewing angle.

AT&T today offered 100 MB and 200 MB a month international data plans for iPhone users for a $120 and $200 monthly fee. These new plans are in addition to existing plans, including 20 MB and 50 MB plans.
Customers can make and receive calls in over 200 countries and send email and browse the web in over 150 countries. AT&T also offers voice and data coverage on 120 major cruise ships. Users can take the iPhone 3G around the world, including Japan and South Korea.

Verizon Wireless announced today its Blitz, a multimedia device with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard designed for text messaging.

Apple has issued an iPhone software update to help fix connection problems that led to a flurry of online complaints from customers.
The iPhone 2.0.2 software update "improved communication with 3G networks," said Apple spokeswoman Jennifer Bowcock. Apple did not acknowledge a problem until Tuesday, and then provided few specifics about what, exactly, Monday evening's software update was designed to fix.
