'Splinter Cell Chaos Theory' For Nokia N-Gage Ships

Thu Mar 31, 2005 6:11 pm

Nokia today announced that it has started shipping one of its most anticipated N-Gage games, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory. Simultaneously, the game mini site will go live at www.n-gage.com/splintercellchaostheory where all Sam Fisher fans can download a free single-player demo of the game. Fans can also download an N-Gage Arena Fan Pack from the N-Gage Arena.

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory, set in an immersive 3D world, lets gamers go head-to-head or even play co-operatively via the Bluetooth wireless connection. Players can connect with each other also on the N-Gage Arena by posting player clips and rankings.

"Gameloft has done a fantastic job with the Splinter Cell franchise on the N-Gage platform and the latest installment is no exception. Chaos Theory has been getting rave reviews in the press and we're proud to have the game in our portfolio," says Pasi Polonen, Director, Games Publishing, Nokia. "The downloadable demo offers a taste of the action and the Chaos Theory fan pack gives fans the chance to personalize their phone."

The Chaos Theory mini site www.n-gage.com/splintercellchaostheory offers gamers the opportunity to download a free single-player demo with a training map to truly train their Sam Fisher moves and prepare themselves to neutralize the enemies. Fans can also download fan packs to their N-Gage phones from the N-Gage Arena. Chaos Theory N-Gage Arena Fan Pack includes three different wallpapers, two pre-configured multimedia messages to send to friends and an N-Gage Arena Launcher skin.

So hone your stealth skills, prepare to neutralize the enemy and play one of the best N-Gage games yet!

it is meant to be far superior to the original title which came out at the birth of the unit.
