Centennial Communications today announced that it has entered into a new long-term roaming agreement with T-Mobile USA, Inc.
"We're excited to provide an enhanced GSM customer experience in our U.S. markets," said Michael J. Small, Centennial's chief executive officer. "Historically, we've had only a limited roaming relationship with T-Mobile USA, and we look forward to a valuable long-term partnership with this national wireless carrier. The impact of this roaming agreement was considered when we provided our financial outlook for the 2006 fiscal year."
Centennial Communications customers benefit from the ability to roam on T-Mobile USA's nationwide GSM / GPRS network. T-Mobile customers benefit from expanded network coverage in Indiana and Michigan, as well as Louisiana and Mississippi. Additional terms of the agreement are not disclosed.
