Sony Ericsson unveiled the mid-level K310 camera phone, featuring a digital camera with functions to create photo albums, browse for pictures by timeline, and send them to friends and family through MMS, infrared or email.
The K310 integrates a VGA camera with practical tools for viewing, storing and sharing images. Added features include a high-quality 65K-color Ultra Bright Color (UBC) display and imaging effects such as face warp. To search the picture album, consumers can browse through thumbnails for instant viewing or send them on by MMS or infrared. Useful business applications are provided by PC synchronization, push e-mail, mobile Internet browsing and a speaker phone. MP3 ringtones, 3D games and a media player make the K310 an entertaining partner when traveling, in the gym or walking.
The Sony Ericsson K310 is a tri-band GPRS handset commercially available in Misty Silver and Shadow Blue colors. Style Up covers are also available. The K310 starts shipping globally during Q2 2006.
