The 1.3-megapixel camera has 4x digital zoom and takes great snap shots and video for capturing those unpredictable moments. These can be viewed on a crisp, bright color display. With 20 MB of onboard memory expandable to 1 GB, it's simple to store and share a large collection of pictures using MMS, Bluetooth or e-mail.
Finding shots once stored is simple with the new thumbnail gallery feature. This allows users to search images both visually and according to the date they were taken with multiple thumbnail images being shown on the 262K sharp color screen.
The Z550 connects easily to a PC for fast transfer of multimedia files and synchronization with the phone book and calendar. The Z550 also has full HTML internet browsing and optional Bluetooth headset and car-handsfree kit for wireless freedom on the move.

Looks like a cross between a Motorola MPX220 and a SE Z520a...I like it, a little business-like.

I've read the specs. Just what I need. I'll be buying one. As it is not at the forefront of 'gadgetry' I think it will remain a quite exclusive modell.

Has anyone picked one of these up yet? I am really interested in this phone but I want to make sure it has good reception. I am in the states but the prices for this phone are only around $200 and it has the functions I am looking for in a cell phone. I have been a samsung guy since a bad bad experience with a Motorola (pos) and am also wondering if the SE user experience is similar to the Samsung when getting into the OS.
