T-Mobile has announced the nationwide availability of the Motorola PEBL in green, blue, and orange variants. Building on the innovative design of the PEBL, the new colors have the same softly rounded contours, sleek soft-touch texture, sculpted clamshell shape, smooth dual-hinge opening mechanism, and now, dramatic color. Offered in green, blue and orange, the vivid hues give one more way for consumers to choose a mobile design that fits their individual style.
Motorola PEBL Colors feature Bluetooth wireless technology and media tools including an embedded VGA camera with video record and playback. With independent Advanced Voice Recognition and quad-band technology for global connectivity, the Motorola PEBL Colors ensure consumers are as connected, and stylish, as they want to be.
Celebrating the in-store availability of the Motorola PEBL Colors at T-Mobile, Motorola is temporarily changing the face of well-known locations with giant strips of vivid color in the world's most progressive and exciting cities. Starting with New York City's Bryant Park from May 23 - May 26 and Chicago's John Hancock Building Plaza from May 25 - May 29, patrons will see these locations undergo colorful makeovers as part of the large-scale outdoor art installation project.

yeah the VGA camera is pretty weak. i thought they stopped making those last year. SE and nokia are pushing out the 3.2-megapixels.

Yeah, and the sad thing is T-mobile always picks up the crappiest phones! I'm still waiting for them to move into the 21st century of cool phones.

I agree the camera isn't worth much, but overall I think the PEBL beats any other phone on usability and design. These new colors are hot!

Seems like the PEBL is going on the same path the RAZR did 6 months ago. Does that mean we'll see PEBL Tattoos in a few months? Hah.
