Verizon Wireless today officially announced the availability of the Motorola RAZR V3m. As the newest VCAST music-enabled phone, the RAZR V3m boasts rich music functionality encased in a familiar slim design.
The Motorola RAZR V3m's elegant metallic casing houses a rich multimedia line-up including a powerful integrated 1.3-megapixel camera and video-capture and playback capabilities. The V3m also offers Bluetooth support for certain profiles, advanced speech recognition calling, and supports Verizon Wireless' VZ Navigator, a tool for customers that includes mapping, audible turn-by-turn navigation and the ability to find over 14 million points of interest.
The V3m also supports VCAST, Verizon Wireless' wireless broadband multimedia service for high-quality video, music, and 3D games. With more than one million songs available for download, VCAST Music offers customers a wide range of song choices. Letting customers browse, preview, download, and play high-quality digital music from their phones or online, the V3m's optional 1 GB removable microSD memory can be loaded with tracks from well-known and independent artists.
VCAST and VCAST Music are powered by Verizon Wireless' EV-DO network, currently available to more than 150 million Americans coast to coast. Customers need a VCAST-enabled phone and a subscription to a VCAST VPak, which is $15 monthly access, added to their Verizon Wireless calling plan to access VCAST Music on their phones. Customers interested in managing their music from their PCs in the VCAST Music online store can do so without a VCAST VPak.
