Not surprising. It's a free for all without any rules in China. Doubtful Nokia will get them to stop.

Most companies just accept copying as a fact of doing business in China. Although it's good some take the time (and money) to fight a losing cause.

this is a terrible lawsuit. big companies do it to each other all the time. just take a look at samsung and motorola products!

what you can design, china can make it cheaper.... but once you turn on, you want know which is superior.... you can buy DVD or music CD in china. Mobile? .... be careful, it might blow your head off while calling someone.... fake battery may explose.

I'd feel like punching them... but there are laxed laws there, and I'd probably be thrown in jail. Nothing you can do but keep innovating.
