Following the huge success of the limited edition Motorola RAZR V3i by Dolce & Gabbana, the Italian designers have created, together with Motorola, a new version of the device in luxurious gold and silver, with an engraved Dolce & Gabbana logo. Further glamour is added with an exclusive pendent featuring the gold DG initials. Inside the new phone offers further customized features, such as special backgrounds, screensavers, MP3 ring tones and unique animations.

Exclusive matching accessories for the RAZR V3i Dolce &Gabbana were also unveiled and can be purchased separately. These include a personalised compatible Motorola Bluetooth Headset H700, a wired stereo headset for listening to MP3 music files and a luxury gold leather phone case.

The sought after handset is available for purchase at Bloomingdales, Dolce & Gabbana Boutiques, Saks Fifth Avenue and Barney's, and online at www.motorola.com/US/DG . It will be available online at Neiman Marcus Direct later this month.

I like how the D&G V3i is released yet Cingular still hasn't released the original. Still waiting...

I wonder why it's not advertised that the D&G V3i has been available at several of the online mobile phone stores for at least several weeks now. And at a lot better price than Moto is selling it for.

I do like mine a lot... icon_biggrin.gif

Can you comment a little about the D&G V3i? Aside from the looks are there any differences in fucntionality? And what extras come with it? icon_biggrin.gif Thanks.

Does anyone else these "designer" cell phones are kinda... um... stupid. They are not advancing the technology at all. They do not offer any improvements over the same model that cost a fraction of the price. Wouldn't you serve yourself better by taking the money one of these would cost and get a phone with a multi-megapixel camera, huge screen, mp3 player, and excellent call quality? Hell, I have that in the vx8300 and it cost me only 4 dollars after rebates.

cell phones are less and less tech devices and more and more fashion. anyone who carriers a vertu can tell you it can't do crap. but it sure is beautiful to look at! same with the razr fad, black razr fad, pink razr fad, etc...

I dont particularly care about cutting edge tech anymore. When phones are outdated in 6 months there's no point in getting the best. I want something that looks good.
