Motorola today introduced its ROKR EM28, a sleek slider with a genuine music and radio experience.
The ROKR EM25 has a built-in MP3 player and FM radio. A dedicated music key and music controls play, pause, forward and rewind songs. An integrated RDS radio displays available FM station information like song, artist and genre. Users can use FMShare to share stations with friends by sending it in a text message and SONGID technology identifies unknown songs.
Multiple listening options include a speakerphone, stereo Bluetooth wireless technology and a universal 3.5 mm jack for headphones.
The up to 2 GB optional removable microSD memory card gives users ample space for their music. The ROKR EM28 offers up to 11 hours of music playback while in Airplane Mode.
"Following the path of our award-winning ROKR E8, the newest additions to our ROKR family make listening to and discovering new music accessible and affordable for everyone," said Steve Lalla, Corporate Vice President of Motorola Mobile Devices. "From uncovering new music with friends through our FMShare feature to enjoying surround-sound quality audio, these new ROKR phones deliver the music."
The Motorola ROKR EM25 will be available later this quarter around the globe.
