Sprint today unveiled the Samsung Rant, a fast broadband device in a popular messaging form factor.
The Rant has a smooth horizontal slide with a full QWERTY keyboard. It provides access to Sprint Navigation, Sprint Music Store and Sprint TV with live and on-demand content through Sprint's new One Click customizable user interface.
With One Click, the Rant has customizable user interface to personalize the home screen. Users can select commonly used features such as text messaging, web access, email, Sprint Navigation, Sprint TV, Sprint Music Store for easier access.
Additional features include a 2.0-megapixel camera, stereo Bluetooth, expandable memory up to 16GB and speaker-independent voice recognition.
The Samsung Rant will be available on October in either red or black colors for $49.99 with a two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate. Best Buy will offer an exclusive purple color option.

On the contrary, this phone will be very fast, it is a EVDO power vision phone replacing Sprint's Rumor phone.

Lmao. WiFi is the past man. most business's are charging for wifi these days because they are tired of freeloaders. and while you search for a wifi spot i'll use my evdo when and WHERE i need it.
