Samsung today announced the BEATb M3510, a slim music phone with innovative new music features such as Auto EQ, Find Music and Motion Play.
Digital Natural Sound engine (DNSe), from Samsung audio technology, reproduces a genuine 3D sound and deep bass resonance. It provides natural sound effects that overcome limitations from earphones and small speakers in portable devices.Auto EQ automatically turns the equalizer to the best setting according to genre. With Shazam's Find Music service, users can find any song they want to listen to. By recording and sending a tune to Shazam server, they can track down and even purchase the song. The BEATb M3510 come with 'Motion Play' feature, allowing users to control their music with a few simple motions. Users can play or pause music simply by tapping their phone. By flipping the phone, the music is muted and the phone is automatically set to etiquette mode. Shaking the phone plays the next or previous song. The BEATb M3510 also features physical music control keys on the outside so users can play, stop, pause, fast forward or rewind music. "The music phone market is one of the fastest growing areas in the mobile industry and still has potential to further grow," said Geesung Choi, President of Samsung. "Samsung plans to continuously strengthen its music phone line." The Samsung BEATb M3510 will be available in September.
