Samsung S5230 Slim Touch Screen Handset Announced for Europe

Korean electronics giant Samsung today announced the S5230, a slim touch screen phone to launch in France and other European markets.
The company said the S5230 measures just 11.9mm. The handset has a 3.0-inch auto-rotating touch screen with TouchWiz with Mobile Widgets technology for finger-swipe navigation -- similar to Apple's popular iPhone.It also has a QWERTY keyboard, "Gesture Lock" and handwriting features. The S5230 comes with a built-in 3.0-megapixel camera that can record QVGA resolution video at 15 frames per second. It also supports DNSe for better sound quality. The Samsung S5230 will be available in France and other European countries starting in April.
