Top mobile phone maker Nokia today unveiled the 3710 Fold, a new compact clamshell that adds a personal touch with artistic patterns on the cover.
The Finnish company said the 3710 Fold opens to reveal a bright screen, for viewing photos and videos taken with the 3.2-megapixel camera.
The handset focuses on simplicity offering intuitive menus and a new Photo Gallery that keeps images organized, creates slide shows or albums, or attaches photos to contacts.
The 3710 Fold also comes with internal GPS for social networking or pedestrian navigation.
"There is a solid demand for good-looking, intuitive and easy-to-use handsets with modern features," said Markku Suomi, Nokia's Vice President. "The Nokia 3710 fold packs in a renewed, but instantly familiar user interface that makes the appealing array of features enjoyable to use, offering great value for money."
The Nokia 3710 fold is expected to launch in the fourth quarter for an estimated retail price of $195 before taxes and subsidies.
