Nokia plans to launch a new version of its 5800 smartphone with a lifetime of navigation licenses.
The Finnish company said the 5800 Navigation Edition comes with voice-guided navigation -- including valuable local traffic warnings -- and the latest version of Ovi Maps to pinpoint places of interest and useful data like local weather reports and restaurant reviews.
The handset also ships with a car charger and Nokia car kit.
Additional features include a 3.2-inch widescreen touch display, 3.2-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, music player with graphic equalizer, 8GB internal memory and built-in surround sound stereo speakers.
Nokia had previously released the 5800 XpressMusic -- a music-focused smartphone -- last year. In July, the company announced a limited edition Star Trek version to coincide with the launch of the film.
The Nokia 5800 Navigation Edition will be released in the third quarter for $410.
