Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Spica, the first Google Android-powered smartphone with DivX support, with easy connection to popular social networking sites such as Facebook.
The South Korean handset maker said the Galaxy Spica features a 3.2-inch touch screen display, 800MHz processor, 3.2-megapixel camera, and DNSe 2.0 and an 3.5mm ear jack for better sound quality.
Running on Google's Android operating system, it also comes with a host of Google services, such as Google Search, Google Maps, Gmail, YouTube and Google Talk, for a familiar desktop computer experience while on the road.
Additional applications and games are available in the Android Market.
In June, the company launched the Galaxy, its first Google phone.
Samsung said the Galaxy Spica will be available now in major European countries.
