Motorola and Oakley today announced the expected availability of RAZRWIRE Bluetooth eyewear in early August at select Cingular Wireless retail stores and online. RAZRWIRE is the world's first eyewear to combine patented Oakley optics with Bluetooth wireless technology.

Motorola today announced the availability of its commercial Push-To-Talk over Cellular (PoC) Clients for Symbian and UIQ mobile devices. The release of Motorola PoC Clients for both Symbian Series 60 and UIQ mobile devices will enable operators to bring PoC services to market faster with an extended range and choice of PoC devices, as development time to add the new PoC feature to existing Symbian and UIQ devices is reduced.

Motorola announced today that it is acquiring key assets from British mobile handset maker Sendo. A global leader in wireless communications, Motorola is purchasing Sendo's UK- and Singapore-based research and development team and design and test equipment required by that team, as well as the company's intellectual property portfolio. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
