63% Of Americans Want To Keep Cell Phone Ban On Flights

Domingo Frias-Payan, 24, and Heather Frias-Payan, 25, have been accused of duping residents in a cell phone donation charity scam spanning 41 states. Jamster Sued For False Advertising

Jamster, the U.S. name of Jamba and German mobile content provider that VeriSign acquired in June 2004, has been sued for allegedly misleading young consumers into paying for expensive text messages.
