The phone was awesome when I first got it. But now it seems to drop calls all the time, or doesn't even make them to begin with. Also it sometimes doesn't let me receive calls and I have to restart the phone after every 3 or 4 calls. Sometimes the battery lasts and other times it doesn't. When you call AT&T to tell them about it they seem to not really care to much. Also I had problems with the internet that they force you to get, and when I called they basically said oh well we can't guarantee it will work all the time, but I tried to explain to them it's been working on and off for like two weeks. It is a pretty cool phone with all the apps and things you can do with it when it works. Overall I DO NOT recommended this phone or the AT&T service.

The minute you walk in the store at At&t you'll hear "buy the iPhone" and I did. O.k you need a computer to own this phone not just to open an account and activate the device. Second if you don't buy AppleCare which costs as much as the phone you get 90 days of customer support then that's it out of a two year contract? WTF
I feel it's to big to hold and make calls and it DOES not sync well with blutooth ear pieces,Trust me. Mine drops calls all the time, Freezes etc
if you go to Mac and see an Apple Dr (that's what they call themselves?)
they fix the problem but restoring the phone and you loose all data,Enjoy spending six hours downloading you info from iTunes off the computer like I had to three times.
It's heavy in my pocket,my number one does not work after four months of use and honestly does a phone need full internet w/o virus protection,an iPod,Gps,camera, wifi?
I bought one song a day for two months, $60.00 adds up fast and that's how they get you.
The apps and games are cool when they don't have bugs in them that will send you to the Mac Dr's often!
I feel this phone had too much going on and the thing is does the worst is making/recieving calls? It's not a phone, Its a computer you can talk with!
Hated it, Bought a new phone out of pocket and can't say enough bad about it!
At&t will not help you with any issues and you pay $40.00 extra a month for two years to use the data, Thats almost $1,000 in that time frame.
I hear the 3Gs is better good luck with these money eating pieces of crap!
