My new Casio G'zOne Brigade arrived in the mail and I quickly put it to work. No problems switching over. Then, as their website said: Put it to the test. Casio claims is can survive 3 feet of water for 20 minutes. You would think a simple rinsing it off under the faucet would not hurt it, in fact the owner’s manual suggests this cleaning step. WRONG! The display (which has no ports to close) instantly filled up with moisture and the phone began to fail. Verizon said, “you got it wet inside your warranty is voided". Bottom line is: Casio apparently failed to install internal seals correctly, but it’s my problem and Verizon just does not care. The phone was only 2 hours old. DO NOT BELIEVE CASIO PROMISES. icon_mad.gif icon_mad.gif icon_mad.gif
