I got this phone the other day as an upgrade to my Samsung X497...its an okay phone. I really like to customize my phone and this isn't one to do that on! So my review is based plenty on customization
Pros:
- I really like the black casing
- you can take pictures and set that picture as your wallpaper
- the t9 is great compared to the samsung
- dedicated camera button
- great signal
- vibrate with ring option
Cons:
- the casing seems a bit fragile and may break if dropped
- the external screen background is a permanent cloud scene
- small internal screen
- dedicated menu and mall buttons on home screen
- can only hold two downloaded ringtones
- no voice recorder
- cannot set a ringtone for a person
- cannot scroll through text messages
- ring is ascending....i don't like!!
if you want a very simple phone with a camera that is nice to look at without very many bells and whistles this is the phone for you. i prefer an LG or Motorola phone so I was partial to this one when I got the upgrade.

this phone is OK however:
-I had a problem with the keys wearing out, it would take a large amount of force for the phone to dial/type a text.
-holds only three ringtones
-small memory for pictures
-no video
-no bluetooth
-and occasionally when closing the phone it would turn off.
the reception and sound quality is good, but it is lacking in features

this phone isn't the greatest or the worst. I've had it for almost a year now. if you want a hi-tech phone this is not the phone for you. However, if you want a simple phone that is easy to use and dependable this phone may work for you. It got me through for awhile. I am ready for an upgrade.
pros
- easy to see
- easy to use
- alarm works well
- wallpaper setup is nice
- great reception
- survived a year
cons
- T9 stopped working after about 6 months
- doesn't have much memory for ringtones
- only holds approx 10 pictures
- sometimes shuts off when you close it
- sound sometimes turned on and off by itself
- no video or bluetooth options
- phone cracked easily (but after a 9 months of use)
- phone has a lot of small errors
- keys are wearing out

There were only a few things a didn't like about this phone..
One- There is NO snooze button on this phone.
Two- The screen was a bit small
And
Three- You can't change around your menu or your right or left soft key.
