This was my first phone with Sprint. I got the phone a little over a month ago and it's been pretty good, with just a couple of gripes.
PROS:
-It's a very easy phone to figure out. I have yet to need to refer to the instruction manual for anything.
-GREAT camera quality for a camera phone. Especially when the flash is used; and the flash is another pro.
-Text Messages send pretty quickly.
-Buttons are large and solid...PERFECT for text-messaging. Easily the best texting experience I've gotten out of a phone.
-Loud and clear speaker, including speaker phone.
-Good quality display screen, both inside and out.
-GREAT battery life. I can sometimes go a couple of days without having to charge it, sometimes even more.
-Comes with pretty good tryout games.
-When surfing the web, you can close the browser, and open it back up later on the same page you left off, given that u don't disconnect from the net at any time. Very convenient.
CONS:
-My only large gripe is that every now and then, the phone will freeze and restart when I try to send text messages. I've been texting pretty consistently eversince I got the phone, so I'd say that , on average, it does it probably once every other day when texting a lot.
-Can't use the speaker phone with the flip closed, which can be a bit annoying sometimes, but not a big deal to me.
-When surfing the web on the phone, or after using the speaker phone for too long, the phone can get really hot.
-For those that prefer to take pictures discreetely (if that's even a word?), you should pass up this phone. Whenever the camera phone is in use, the external display will say "Camera Mode", and it's easily recognizeable. After dealing with a previous phone that had a VERY loud shutter sound that can't be cut off, this is a pretty big let down for me personally. lol
Overall, despite the cons, it's still a pretty solid phone overall. It has its flaws, but I can easily put up with it throughout the duration of the contract.

Nice features on it. The only thing I do not like is that the ringer is not loud enough initially. There is a feature that can not be turned off that escalates the ringer, but that can not be turned off. So if you want a loud phone on the first ring or two, this will not work, if you want a loud ringer on the third and fourth ring, then it is fine.
