Released for Sprint, the LG LX400 is packaged in a slender form factor and will enable Nextel Direct Connect push-to-talk services. The device will also include key features such as a 1.3-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, GPS capabilities and noise reduction capabilities. Together with Direct Connect and Group Connect push-to-talk services, consumers can communicate easily by saving time and money.

- Built-in 1.3-megapixel camera with digital zoom and camcorder to capture high-resolution images and create video clips to share with friends and family
- Bluetooth wireless technology for short-range wireless communication
- Direct Connect for one-to-one push-to-talk communication including single number option for one number for both wireless phone calls and Nextel Direct Connect calls
- Receive a notification of missed a PTT call, Call Alert or Group call through PTT Missed Call Notification
- Block or allow incoming one-to-one PTT calls and Call Alerts with DC Permissions
- Send a repeating alert to let other Direct Connect users with Call Alert/Call Alert with Text, so they know they are trying to be reached
- Communicate and coordinate activities with up to 20 Direct Connect users with Group Connect, creating and managing groups dynamically on the phone or online
- Access visual and audible turn-by-turn GPS-enabled driving directions using Sprint Navigation
- Record a voice message and send it to as many as 25 friends at once with SMS Text and Voice Messaging
- Manage all contact information online including groups for PTT and text/voice messaging with the Mobile Sync online tool, automatically synchronizing between a phone for easier entry, access and full secure backup

Sprint today announced four new push-to-talk phones, powered by Qualcomm's QChat technology, in over 40 markets. The LG LX400, Samsung Z400 and Sanyo Pro-200 and Pro-700 will be available June 15.
