I just got the LG VX3300 when my VX4500 was stolen. I was so bummed at the Verizon store, trying to find a good replacement. Everything was all bulked up and ugly and just too much! So I just asked for the cheapest, most simple phone, and the VX3300 is what the sales guy steered me to. At first I didn't like it -- it had a weird and ugly navy blue cover w/ a lighter blue abstract design on it. I switched it to the silvery/blue solid plate though which looks really chic. At first I was worried about the fact that it didn't have a caller I.D. and clock display on the front, but now, I just really like the clean, simple look of it. As some other reviewers elsewhere have noted, you can program it so you open the phone, can see who's calling, and then press a key to answer, if you so choose. I kind of miss the ring tone I had on the 4500, but there are enough O.K. ones to choose from on this phone. Other than making and placing calls and wanting a nice-looking phone, I don't need much from my cell phone. So, this fits the bill perfectly for me. At first, i thought since it was the cheapest one available, it wouldn't be very good, but that's not been the case at all. I actually think it looks like a chic, expensive phone! Love that!

This is the worst cell phone I have ever used. I previously used a Nokia that worked reliably almost everywhere. This phone has only about 1/2 the sensitivity of the Nokia. It continuously drops out and breaks up. Sure, it has lots of nice bells and whistles, but I want a phone that can reliably communicate. My wife has the same model, so this is not a sample of one.

I have had a LG VX3300 for almost a year now. I have had to have it replaced 3 times! It will start freezing up in random screens, and turning off on its own. The only thing I really like about this phone is the faceplates. Other than that, I would spend the extra money to invest in a better phone.

is the worst of the phones...it came free with my verizon plan, dropped 80% of the calls, does not support any downloads even though it's printed on the box as a get it now phone. they just should get rid of that model, is no good....they should get a better selection on nokia phones, any way, what good is a reliable provider with phones that are POS!!!!
