The menu for this phone can not be changed.It was designed by an idiot, because most used phone items take 3 to 5 selections to use and are all on different icons. Also is not compatible with Motorola Phone Tools (verified by Motorola service) or any other know software. Reception is poor and it does not accept an external antenna. Stay away from this phone unless you enjoy being frustrated to the breaking point.
