we have about 80+ of these phones and they break down every day. some breakdowns mechanical (dc button) and some softcode (self check fails-codeplug reset). and motorola door to door service, though quick (48 hr), is horrible because of spending so much time calling in to off-shore service (argentina) and going sooooo sloooowww. past week, called in 5 units and I have to call in another 2. only have had these for a couple months. can't wait to move onto another service and different vendor. i860's stink also Was this review helpful? :: 54 out of 99 people found this review helpful.
