The Motorola Roi is a Google Android-powered smartphone that has an 8.0-megapixel camera that captures photos and HD videos at 720p-resolution -- viewable on an HDTV through its built-in HDMI port. Users can run multiple applications and pinch-and-zoom while browsing the Web or enjoying music, videos and maps of the world. The Roi has a high-definition 3.7-inch capacitive touch screen display to easily surf Web sites, view YouTube videos and watch live Terrestrial DMB TV.

Motorola plans to launch the Roi, a Android-powered smartphone with an 8.0-megapixel camera that records HD videos, in Korea this quarter, with the U.S. following shortly thereafter in March.
