first, it's just a little bit modification from T720i, the reason I pick this model instead of others (n3650, SE T610) because I can use all the accessories (except face plates) from T720, esp. data cable in order to use GPRS
appearance: it's just a little modification from T720, but the main screen looks better, the little clock moved to bottom-right corner, and the navigation button and icons are hidden till I push it, the screen is visible under sunlight (Samsung S105 seen nothing under sunlight)
reception: it's critical for me, because my location (basement) is dead spot, means hard to get reception, T720 (CDMA) uses retractable antenna, that reception gets much more better when it's extended, and this one is unable to extend, when I use it on "ground", good reception, no dropoffs
operation: it is easy to use, but less customizeable than T720, though still modify the ringtone and wallpaper, and it has alarm mode (T720 don't)
phone book: it's not hard to navigate, but there's something you have to know: YOU CAN USE VOICEDIAL WHEN THE NUMBER IS STORED IN SIM, remember!!!
GPRS: I have data cable to connect to my laptop, I use this as GPRS modem several hours a day, not too many disconnections
battery: 2days for a complete charge with Standard battery
stablity: I heard some other models are buggy, this one is stable, but slow somehow
roaming: unfortunately, this phone supports only GSM 1900, and Asian version supports only GSM 900/1800, this is a major drawback if you want to use this phone overseas
voice: using included earphone is recommended, since the phone's "hole" is small, I have to align to fit my ear, and sound is still little bit muddy
note: if you attempt to dial again failed number, DO NOT put the phone near your ear, loud tone will sound once the retry is successful
included camera: just consider it's just a toy, then you don't expect anything, since very limited memory, it don't store a lot of pics
overall: I would give 70 over 100 points, I like flip design (to protect the screen from scratching, and buttons from mis-operation; if you've been happy with other moto phones, this one should be your choice
good: flip design, good reception, stablity, easy to use, LCD is viewable under both light and dark, more simple screen layout, alarm function
bad: slow, battery service time, voice quality, limited customization
ugly: no tri-band support, camera, very limited memory
but, if you're get this phone, you better to wait, because T725 will be out, with tri-band and EDGE support, this'll be better choice than T722i
