Great phone. Disappointed that half the features described in my instruction book (yes mine came with a printed instruction book) are not available on the phone. Some really cool things - just not on menus. Not sure if anyone is working on a flash for this yet.but please! and hurry! Otherwise solid phone - awesome battery - incredible signal improvements from my v3. Sleek and much faster menus than razr. Although still playing around and customizing it, I highly recommend it. I have a motorola w490 cell phone and it worked great for about 3 months. Now when I try to text my friend who also has this phone the numbers get stuck and the phone will not work. I took the phone back and they sent me another one and now it has started doing the same thing along with my friends w490.
