I have had this phone for 10 months thru Suncom. Payed 60 bucks for it. Just after 30 days it started giving trouble. Would not ring, sent caller straight to voicemail. When I would try to make a call it would take several tries before call would go thru. It also started dropping calls a lot. This was with full signal strength. Sometimes within 1 mile of tower. Suncom would not replace only would send off to be repaired. I have had it sent off twice to Suncom reapir and still does the same thing. I am sending off for third time directly to Nokia repair center. I frankly do not care if it comes back or not. Thank goodness I still have my old 5165. It is an old work horse and I am back to using it now, just needs a new battery. 2 things: Do not bother with 3560, even if it is free. It is the worst phone Nokia has ever made. Good design, poor execution. Second thing is Suncom should have gave me a new phone. They said they could replace for 40 bucks or sell me a another model for full retail! Oh well, I will rant on Suncom on another forum. BEWARE OF THE 3560!

This phone is okay, but considering new technology, it's pretty out-of-date.
CONS:
The screen is a bit small and looks washed out.
The earpiece makes people sound a little distorted.
NO MMS! It STINKS to not be able to recieve MMS's!
NO INSTANT MESSAGING! I would love to IM people, but with this phone I can't!
I have NO CLUE how to get to the web browser- the whole menu layout is confusing! :
Ringing volume and just general volume is too low, even on the highest setting.
No MP3 ringtones. In other words, I can't play good ringtones.
Some games are confusing and just can't be played.
A little on the heavy side
Can't use any other wallpapers besides the ones provided!
PROS:
This phone is pretty small!
Person on the other line can't tell I'm using a cell phone!
GREAT reception!
Text messaging is easy and fast.
Keypad buttons are easy-to-press and misdials are rare.
Good selection of ringtones and games.
Interchangable faceplates.
Nice, large text makes it easy to read messages and other text.
Decent battery life.
This phone is decent if you want a simple phone, but for me, there isn't enough featurs. I feel "closed-in" because of the lack of features, like its trapping me from communicating! I'm gonna go for something more high-tech, like the Samsung SGH-e317, or even better, the Sony Ericsson Z500a.
