Just got my 6020 yesterday. Happy so far. Reception is good. Better than my Sony Ericsson T310. Not sure if it is because 6020 has 850MHz or not. Connecting to PC using IrDA is easy. The only comment is that you cannot set two phone numbers to the same name in the SIM. It can only be done in Phone memory.

I'll edit this post again if I have more comments.

Well it's not a good level entry phone but it's good ajajja I mean doesn't bring features like mp3 tones etc...

Pros:
- 65k TFT display, it's better than my motorola C650 and Nokia 3220, because it's more bigger in size than the other last two, just by a couple of milimeters, but the resolution is the same 128x128 pixeles.
- Support Themes, Useful Calendar, IRDA! and Data Cable (I use the data cable since I don't have a laptop, nor my pc brings IRDA)
- Ringtones: it brings with a full good range of polytones like (Espionage, Nokia Tune, Destiny, Nocturnal, Cocconut,etc...)They sound loud and clear, but just are 16chords. Doesn't support Mp3 tones, but I'm fine with amr, not good as the motorola C650.but anyway....
- It's very small and lightweight.
- Camera: It's a Vga Camera it's average in quality, and somehow bad in night. Anyway I prefer to use my digital camera.

Cons:
- Speakerphone it's pretty low in volume, just can hear it in my room, but in the street is painful tu use it.
- Doesn't suppport mp3 tones, nor bring Radio
- Low memory just 3.5mb, which just 1.5mb is free., of course u can erase the themes, and the old wallpapers and gallery contents, but not the locked tones, like Nokia Tune or Ring Ring...
- Earpiece is fine but in a Disco sometimes I can't hear it at the person.
- The key pad is fine but the joystick sucks, I'm starting to believe that the only brand that makes good joysticks is Sony Ericsson.
