the voice activation on this phone was non-functional. Old phone, I press my bluetooth get ask "Say a command", I answer "Call so and so mobile", it comes back and says do you want to call so and so mobile? I say yes and it calls.
This one I get this horrible sound, then I have to know to say the name, but it doesn't understand home or mobile, so you have to select from a list manually (so why have voice activation). I don't want a lot out of a voice, just speed dialing (which worked fine) and hands free voice dialing, which was unusable.
Toss this phone and went back to my old phone, technology should improve, not go backwards.

I got two of these phones. One for myself and one for my teenage daughter and they are both wonderful phones. We are the only ones that reception when no one else does. Great phone and wish my other two kids had them. I've never been without reception.
Great phone.

this phone was so crappy I had to return it because I never had reception anywhere. What if you had to dial 911 and had to wait for the phone to get some bars! It wasnt even my carriers fault because my previous phone worked fine. I do not recommend this phone to anyone.
