Prob # 1: I purchased 2 Nokia 6555 on Friday, one did not work. Called 611 for tech help from AT&T. After an hour wait, I was told I had a bad chip in that phone. I returned to the store Saturday and had the chip replaced.
Prob # 2 Got home, charged phones and found that both phones would receive calls, but the phones would not ring, they went directly to voice mail. Spent 2 hr on phone waiting for and finally talking to tech. Was told I had bad units. Returned to store Monday AM got two more phones.
Prob # 3 Returned home and tried to raise volumn of one phone to a hearable level. it would vibrate fine, but the ring tone was JUST barely audible. Returned to store once again and got another new phone.
I am hoping that if I do have any more trouble it will be before the 30 day trial period is over. The AT&T company store people were very understanding and offered to replace my phones with another manufacturer's phone, so I have no complaint there. However, AT&T tech service over the phone stinlks.
