My mother bought this phone within months of it coming out, recently my father has started using it again because he broke his phone, best investment we've ever made. We bought the phone when it was on AT&T service in approximately 2005, absolutely love it. Cost quite a bit, but it was well worth it.
A little quiet sometimes, keys take some getting used to, turning it on's a bit of a pain sometimes, but it works well, I haven't had any problems with freezing, screen is decent, takes quite a lot of abuse and keeps kicking. Great investment for a child or an elder who's stubborn about their phones.
