As one of the first devices from AT&T to be powered by the Windows Mobile 6 operating system, the UMTS/HSDPA-enabled Duo is capable of average download speeds of 600 Kbps to 1.4 Mbps. The drop-down QWERTY keyboard is useful for writing email and editing Microsoft Word and Excel documents; the numeric keypad is ideal for sending quick texts and dialing on the run. We have had the panasonic duo for 10 months & now have flaky problems with the display with some keys not working. When I contacted AT&T for a warranty exchange, it was noted that because the phone MAY have been exposed to moisture the warranty is void. How do they know this, by a small white paper dot just inside the battery compartment near the edge that if even touched by a moist finger will turn color, like when inserting the SIM card. Evidently panasonic is very strict about this. my advice don't waste your time, get a phone without such a detection device.
