After buying this phone, I was so happy with how slim it was and a wider screen (From what I had before). I found the Camera very workable. Very easy to download ringtones, Games and other options. I am sure when my contract expires in 2 yrs there will be something that will be 10 times better. Love the phone for now.

AHH! The Pantech Slate. I have to say, its a very slim messaging phone. It has a very easy to use QWERTY keyboard. I don't like that you can't change the messaging tone. It does get a little annoying. But its a minor disappointment. I would defenatly reccomend the Slate to anyone who text's alot. Although, the battery does go dead kinda fast. Also a Con to the Pantech Slate is the internet costs alot of money! I really like this phone. So if you like a slim easy to work messaging phone, go and get the Pantech Slate.

I purchase a Pantech Slate almost exactly on the release date, and now I understand why people wait for the bugs to be worked out.
Within the first week my camera stopped working. I'm getting a completely green screen every time I try to take a picture.
The text message ringtone don't ring all the way through, which isn't a big problem although a minor annoyance.
The screen is easily scratched up. I don't have a case so I've been using an ipod soft case. It works, although the phone is pretty much all screen so the chances of it staying pristine are slim to none.
Honestly I'm really disappointed. I give the phone a 5/10.
