The Samsung Beat Disc is a music phone with technology from Danish audio maker Bang & Olufsen. The result of a four year collaboration between the two companies, B&O's ICEpower amplifier pushes out rich and powerful sound -- for deep bass and clear treble. Inspired by the iconic jukebox, the Beat Disc integrates a 2.6-inch 16.7 million color touch screen with a 3.0-megapixel CMOS camera. Additional features include a slide-out keypad, FM radio, stereo Bluetooth technology, HSDPA high-speed Internet, and music recognition and tagging software.
|
- Bang & Olufsen's patented ICEpower technology uses a dedicated amplifier platform to significantly improve audio quality without draining batteries
- SRS Virtual surround sound 5.1ch uses audio processing technology to create an immersive 3D soundfield
- Samsung's DNSe (Digital Natural Sound Engine) provides higher-quality sound with more natural effects with realistic stereo and deep bass sounds by overcoming limitations from earphones and less-than-ideal speakers
- Listen to the radio with the ability to record music and programs
- Powerful stereo speaker and 3.5mm ear jack
- Bluetooth 2.1 with support for A2DP stereo music wireless headphones
