I've renewed my contract with T Mobile in March 2009 and choose the Samsung Gravity (Aqua) phone. Immediately I began having trouble turning the off, and using buttons 1 and 3. Dropped calls. The problems stopped then would start up again first slow maybe 5 times a month then more often until it became unbearable, almost every other night. I called and T Mobile sent a replacement which was great until approximately two weeks later I had the same issue. I've traded my phone out around five times and today they've just decided to send me a Nokia phone.
