Released for T-Mobile, the Samsung Katalyst (SGH-T739) is designed to seamlessly connect customers to a home Wi-Fi connection or T-Mobile HotSpot via T-Mobile HotSpot @Home. When users leave home or a HotSpot, their calls seamlessly transfer onto T-Mobile's GSM/GPRS/EDGE wireless network. So customers can enjoy great mobile coverage and unlimited nationwide calling over their Wi-Fi network. The Katalyst also features a variety of features such as a 1.3-megapixel camera with video capture, MP3 player, Bluetooth technology, access to instant messaging with integrated support for AOL Instant Messenger (AIM), ICQ, Windows Live Messenger and Yahoo! Messenger, external memory card slot and speaker independent voice recognition. Users also can stay connected while traveling worldwide with the Katalyst's quad-band technology.
