OK phone - returned it after one week

Positives:
- One of the best looking phones out there
- Very quiet vibrate
- Loved the external screen
- Decent initial selection for ring tones and such

Negatives:
- poor reception (had full bars but would still hear crackling)
- poor picture quality, yes, even for a phone
- very quiet speakerphone - crackles badly

Switched to the Sanyo MM-8300 during the first two week trial and I am very happy with this new phone. Although the Samsung was a very attractive phone, it's reception was too aweful. Sure a phone is great for pics, internet, etc... but when it comes down to it .... you need the reception.
