icon_biggrin.gif I bought this phone to replace my Motorola phone, which I had for a year. The Motorola phone sucked, so i decided to try the Samsung. This phone is awesome. It is so small it fits in a pocket without being in the way. It comes with two batteries which is really cool. I have had the phone for three weeks now, and the battery life is really really good. It comes with a slim battery and a slightly lager extended battery. On the slim battery, I can get up to fours days in standby mode with constant use of the phone. The extended can give me over a week. The screen is bright. Very bright. Colors are sharp. Cool features. My favorite is the ability to have ring tone ID. You can set the phone to ring a specific tone or a specific number. This way you can know if who's calling without looking at the phone. You can download additional tones. The ring tones are not your typical tones either, but real music. Can also attah a picture to each number so you can have the person's picture come up when they ring. The reception is great. I can get and receive calls in places I could not with my Motorola. There is no analog service. It is strictly a digital phone. At first I was put off by this, but if I ever have to make a call in analog, I can't hear a thing anyway. I highly recommend it. I paid $199.00 with a $50 rebate from Verizon, so it cost me $149. Buy it. You'll love it. And I can actually hear with this phone. It is LOUD. I sometimes have to turn down the volume during conversations because it is so loud.
