Released for AT&T, the Samsung Solstice is a compact 3.0-inch touch screen device with a virtual, landscape QWERTY keyboard. The display registers a slight vibration feedback to let users know when they've accurately press a virtual button. An accelerometer detects motion and the orientation of the device, then automatically rotates of the display for applications such as motion sensing games and photo scrolling. It runs on Samsung's TouchWiz user interface for access Facebook, MySpace and Yahoo oneSearch. The Solstice comes with a built-in 2.0-megapixel camera, MP3 player, video and audio streaming, preloaded games, Bluetooth technology and a microSD memory card slot supporting up to 16GB.
