When I signed up for a family plan, the Sprint PCS guy forced me to get this phone or I would have to pay full price for a phone. The phone looked good enough so I bought it. The phone worked fine for the first 3 months, when the battery is getting low soon (make 3 calls and you need to charge) all the time. Service then randomly goes into roam with a full signal. Sound quality was horrible and keypad got hotter than a piece of metal on the driveway in the summer. After 6 months, my first A560 died. My second one is equally as bad but unfortunately it has not died . When I can, I will shell out the money to buy the Sanyo SCP7000.
