well I really like this phone although there are a couple of flaws. The phone overall looks ok but its not the best looking phone. Its very user friendly but if you want to delete somthing it takes couple steps to do it. Although it doesn't make videos the pictures are an alright quality. Its very small to fit anywhere and the charge lasts quite a long time. This phone would be a great christmas gift for your teen but i don't think its very practical for adults.
