I this phone! One of my coworkers had this phone and as soon as I saw it I knew I had to have it. About 5 months later Sprint put it on sale for 155.99 (msrp 349.99) so I jumped on the opportunity. 3 days later I was surfing the net on a very generously sized screen with about the same ease as using Internet Explorer on a PC. Unfortunately not all websites are accessible from the phone, but there are enough to get me by and pass the time. The media player works great, but I unsubscribed from it due to the lack of channels/shows available with Sprint service, not to mention the price to use the media player. The video camera has such clarity for the picture and sound that it's hard to tell that it was taken by a phone. And with the camera feature you can close the flip and view yourself while you're taking the picture, which eliminates the whole let-me-take-a-picture-in-the-mirror-to-see-how-I-look problem. That's a feature a lot of other phones cannot boast about. I still get compliments on this phone from people that have Sprint, or any company. Unfortunately it's no longer being sold, and all the stores/websites that had it have sold out. And as much as I have raved about this phone I do have 2 complaints, one of which probably stems from my dropping it once or twice (I'm hoping it wasn't that, that it's a manufacturing problem). My main complaint is that the battery doesnt last long enough. 3.5 hours talk time isn't bad, but while surfing the net and text/instant messaging the talk time doesn't apply. That was easily remedied by purchasing an extended life battery (6 hrs talk time). That made a big difference, so now I can use my phone to do what it was made to and still be able to hold a conversation with a friend and not worry about my battery dying. All in all the phone is a great addition for any lifestyle. With its easy maneuverability and great functionality I highly recommend this phone to anybody who is looking for a new addition to their cell phone family.

Yes this is a great phone. I'm the owner of a new Sanyo mm-7400 and it works wonderfully. Great reception, great battery life, and a great screen to view the features for this phone. I've only had it a week but it has met and exceeded my needs.
The good: For one it's pretty compact for it's capabilities. Two, it has preset internet links like cnn.com, abcnews.com, ESPN, and a cool feature is a daily forecast update for your local area provided by zipcode. The camera takes some awsome pictures, and thirdly it has so many features that a week has not been long enough to experience all of them and that's a good thing!
The bad: Hate to put this in here but the maneuverabilty is taking some time to get use to. Although, the internet is a lot smoother and user friendly than my last phone. There is streaing audio but not streaming video which is a bitter sweet finish for this phone.
Great phone to have if you are looking for some fun with music and media, video recording and picture taking. I hope this phone takes off though it may have a prblem doing that with its price.

is what this phone should be described as. As soon as this phone came out I joined a plan with sprint and purchased this phone. This phone is awful. The size of this phone is very bad considering the lack of features, it should come with a briefcase. The signal reception on this phone is not bad but the sound quality on the speakerphone and on the handset speaker is horrible. When the phone is on the speakerphone it is basically one way because no matter how much you yell the person on the other line WILL not hear you. The faceplate system for this phone is just as silly because they break easy. The camera quality is the only decent thing about this phone except the flash that is about 6x too bright. When i owned this phone i found myself saying "what" and "can you hear me now". Now i happily have a motorola razr v3 and i feel spoiled being used to the mm-7400

if there was a worse phone, I haven't seen it. I've been through 5 cell phones in the last 3 years and like some of you, I have to pay full price for all of them. So when I bought this phone at $300 plus, I was very disappointed. The reception is horrible I drop 5-10 calls a day but nothing can be done about it . The one phone I did want, the MM 9000 has since been discontinued after a month on the market. The Blade looks pretty nice, but anyway, stay away from this phone for the love of everything. If you buy it, it will make you want to
