I love this phone! I've had it for a couple months and the reception has been crystal clear. A few things I like about the Sl56 is that it can Sync with Outlook, it has a great built in speaker phone and it has a one button voice recorder. Not only does it have voice dialing, but you can also set it up to control any menu function by voice. Transferring ringtones to it is easy through the IrDA.
